Fellowship+PLUS gives you an early start. The Fellowship is where the full Psychiatry Redefined experience begins. Learning functional psychiatry isn’t simply about completing more courses. It’s about developing the confidence to apply what you’ve learned with real patients. That’s why the Psychiatry Redefined Fellowship combines current science and comprehensive education with something equally important: ongoing clinical support.
Our Fellowship is built around nine evidence-backed areas of clinical focus that provide the organizational structure for our curriculum and inform our proactive approach to care. There’s a lot of information on functional medicine available online. Many other functional medicine trainings offer fragmented or non-clinical overviews of integrative psychiatry, often designed to be quick credentials or business boosters. Psychiatry Redefined is different. We help you distill the essentials and learn how to apply key concepts in a clear manner. We offer in-depth, scientifically validated, clinically tested protocols to address these key areas. Our Fellowship isn’t about hype—it’s about healing, grounded in decades of clinical research and supported by world-class faculty.

Unlike many “fast-track” functional medicine trainings, Psychiatry Redefined is clinically rigorous and academically credible, led by globally recognized experts in the field. Our program is rooted in over 35 years of research and practice by Dr. James Greenblatt, a board-certified psychiatrist and leading pioneer in Functional Psychiatry. We don’t offer weekend certifications or practice-growth schemes. We offer a transformative, evidence-based education that equips clinicians to truly help patients heal. With 25+ expert faculty, live clinical supervision, and a structured curriculum, we are the gold standard in Functional Psychiatry education.
Functional Psychiatry is only effective when it’s grounded in real science. At Psychiatry Redefined, we don’t rely on trends or anecdotal claims. Every protocol we teach is supported by peer-reviewed research, biochemical testing, and clinical experience. Our Fellowship was designed by clinicians, for clinicians. Every module is built to integrate seamlessly with traditional training, adding clinical depth and biological insight—not replacing, but expanding your treatment toolbox.
