James Greenblatt, MD
A pioneer in the field of integrative medicine, James M. Greenblatt, MD, has treated patients since 1988. After receiving his medical degree and completing his psychiatry residency at George Washington University, Dr. Greenblatt completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Medical School. Dr. Greenblatt currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Walden Behavioral Care in Waltham, MA and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine.Read More
In April of 2017, Dr. Greenblatt was inducted into the Orthomolecular Medicine Hall of Fame by the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine.

Peter Bongiorno, ND, LAc
Dr. Peter Bongiorno is a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist and serves as co-medical director of InnerSource Natural Health and Acupuncture, a thriving practice with two clinics in New York (New York City and Long Island). He specializes in using integrative care to heal mood disorder. Dr. Bongiorno researched as a pre-doctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health, at the National Institute of Mental Health’s department of Clinical Neuroendocrinology, where he first studied the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis response to stress. Stasha Gominak, MD
Dr. Gominak attended college in California and medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, receiving her MD degree in 1983. She completed a Neurology residency in 1989 at the Harvard affiliated, Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. From 1991-2004 she practiced as general neurologist in the San Francisco Bay area.Read More
In 2004 Dr. Gominak moved with her husband to Tyler, Texas and began to concentrate on treating neurological illness by improving sleep. She published a pivotal article in 2012 proposing that the global struggle with worsening sleep was linked to reduced sun exposure. In 2016 she followed with a second article linking the change in the intestinal microbiome to the epidemic of poor sleep, and described a simple process for normalizing sleep and the intestinal bacterial population, called RightSleep®. In 2016 she retired from office practice to have more time to teach. She currently divides her time between teaching individuals, through virtual coaching sessions and teaching clinicians from a wide variety of medical and dental fields. Leslie Korn, PhD, MPH
Leslie Korn, PhD, MPH is an Integrative Medicine clinician, scientist, educator, and author specializing in the intersection of trauma, cognition, and chronic physical illness. She is a licensed psychotherapist, certified in functional nutrition, board-certified in both polarity therapy and bodywork and massage therapy, and is a national board-approved clinical supervisor. She has a private practice where she works with clients to improve mental health and reduce or eliminate medications using natural medicines. She has a PhD in Behavioral Medicine from the Union Institute and University, an MPH from Harvard School of Public Health, where she trained in nutrition, and a MA in cross-cultural health psychology from Lesley University.Read More
Dr. Korn completed a Clinical Fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School where she introduced somatic therapies for mental health and later was appointed clinical supervisor. She completed clinical internships in psychogeriatrics at Boston University Medical Center and at the Massachusetts General Hospital Trauma Clinic. She was a Fulbright research scholar in Traditional Medicine of Mexico and an NIH-funded scientist in Mind-Body Medicine. She has been on the core faculty of The New England School of Acupuncture, The National College of Naturopathic Medicine, California Institute of Integral Studies, and Capella University. She is director of research at the Center for World Indigenous Studies, a non-profit American Indian organization focusing on social justice and consultation to indigenous communities on revitalization strategies using traditional medicine, herbal and culinary practices. Leslie is the author of 9 books including Nutrition Essentials for Mental Health: A Complete Guide to the Food-Mood Connection (Norton, 2016), Rhythms of Recovery: Trauma, Nature and the Body (Routledge, 2012), the bi-lingual, Medicinal Plants of the Jungle, The Good Mood Kitchen (Norton 2017) and Natural Woman (Shambhala 2019).
Judith E. Pentz, MD

David Shannahoff-Khalsa is the Director of The Research Group for Mind-Body Dynamics at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) BioCircuits Institute, and a member of the UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine.
