Instructor: Eboni Cornish, MD
NeuroLongevity is a brain-first framework focused on identifying and addressing biological factors that can influence psychiatric symptoms, cognition, resilience, and long-term brain health.
This webinar will explore how neuroinflammation, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal changes, the gut-brain connection, infections, environmental exposures, nutrient deficiencies, sleep disruption, and autonomic nervous system dysregulation may contribute to symptoms such as anxiety, depression, brain fog, cognitive changes, attention difficulties, and changes in behavior.
The goal is to encourage clinicians to look deeper when a patient presents with psychiatric or cognitive symptoms, and consider whether there may be modifiable biological factors contributing to what they are seeing. This is not about replacing conventional psychiatric or neurological care, but about expanding the clinical lens and understanding the whole patient.
Dr. Cornish will also discuss why brain longevity starts long before someone develops dementia or significant cognitive decline. Changes in mood, sleep, attention, cognition, or behavior may sometimes be early clues that give us an opportunity to identify vulnerabilities and intervene with patients sooner.
You’ll learn:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe key biological factors that may contribute to neuropsychiatric symptoms and reduced brain resilience.
- Discuss the relationship between neuroinflammation, metabolic health, hormones, the microbiome, immune activation, and brain function.
- Recognize presentations that may warrant looking beyond a primary psychiatric diagnosis.
- Identify practical laboratory, lifestyle, and clinical considerations that may help uncover modifiable contributors to brain dysfunction.
- Explain how a brain-first and prevention-focused approach can support both mental health and long-term cognitive health.
All registrants will receive a link to watch the webinar recording post-event. Please note: Email reminders and replays are undeliverable to general or unmonitored emails (such as support@, info@ or admin@). This webinar recording will be available free for live attendees; attendees will be sent the recording link post-event. This webinar will remain free for the general public for two weeks post-webinar. After that point, the price increases to $19.
Eboni Cornish, MD
Dr. Eboni Cornish is a nationally recognized Family Medicine physician, brain health expert, international speaker, and founder of the NeuroLongevity Method, a brain-first framework for identifying biological contributors to cognitive, emotional, and neuropsychiatric symptoms.
She serves as Associate Medical Director at Amen Clinics and President-Elect of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS). Her clinical and educational work focuses on the intersection of brain health, neuroinflammation, complex chronic illness, women’s health, and longevity, with particular emphasis on the systemic factors that influence psychiatric and cognitive function.
Dr. Cornish earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown University and completed her Family Medicine residency at Georgetown University. Her clinical approach integrates functional brain imaging with evaluation of hormonal function, infectious and environmental exposures, gut-brain physiology, metabolic health, and autonomic nervous system regulation. This systems-based perspective seeks to move beyond symptom-based care by asking a more fundamental question: what biological processes may be contributing to dysfunction in the brain and nervous system?
Through the NeuroLongevity Method, Dr. Cornish advances an upstream approach to brain health focused on identifying modifiable factors that influence mood, attention, memory, cognition, and resilience before they progress to more significant neuropsychiatric or neurological disease.
