Traditional therapeutic approaches are invaluable, but integrating functional and lifestyle medicine can offer a more holistic treatment paradigm. This program emphasizes the importance of a whole-body approach, exploring lifestyle changes, nutritional optimization, and stress management. By addressing gut health, inflammation, micronutrient deficiencies, and lifestyle factors, clinicians can support clients in achieving sustainable solutions to wellness and overall health
