Overview

Homocysteine (HCy) is an amino acid that can provide vital insights into brain health and overall wellness. While small amounts of HCy support essential processes like methylation, elevated levels are linked to serious health issues, including depression, anxiety, Alzheimer’s, and other neuropsychiatric conditions.

In this 45-minute webinar, you’ll discover:

  • Why homocysteine is a key biomarker for mental health.
  • The role of B vitamins (B12 and Folate) in lowering homocysteine levels.
  • Practical, evidence-based strategies to incorporate homocysteine testing and treatment into your clinical practice.
And be sure to stick around for a live attendee Q&A with Drs. Greenblatt & Podolski following this targeted presentation where you’ll learn more about the Fellowship in Functional Psychiatry, a comprehensive program providing additional clinical protocols, testing methodologies, and interventions for patients. Bring your questions and gain insight into how the Fellowship can help enhance your practice and patient outcomes.
