Michelle To, MD is dual board-certified in Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. She graduated from the Psychiatry Redefined Fellowship in 2022 and remains an active member in the PR community. She graduated with honors from the University of Southern California before completing her medical training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She served as the Chief of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the Greater Los Angeles VA Hospital and received a faculty award for excellence in teaching from the UCLA-GLAVA psychiatry residency program. She has clinical experience embedded in a variety of medical settings including medical inpatient units, nursing homes, palliative care, oncology, organ transplant services, and primary care. She currently practices functional psychiatry at Brain Body Psychiatry, a private practice in Los Angeles focused on treating mental disorders in individuals with co-occurring medical illness. In addition to being a perpetual student and lifelong learner, her practice is informed by her own personal experience using nutritional interventions to heal from MCAS, POTS, and autoimmunity.
