You didn’t become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to spend your career moving from one 15-minute medication management appointment to the next.

Yet for many PMHNPs, that’s become the reality.

Patients are more complex than ever. You’re expected to make medication decisions, manage treatment-resistant conditions, and help people whose symptoms often extend far beyond what conventional psychiatry alone can address. At the same time, many PMHNPs receive little ongoing mentorship or clinical supervision after graduation, leaving them searching for better answers and more effective ways to help their patients.

What if you had a broader clinical toolkit?

What if you could combine the best of conventional psychiatry with Functional, Nutritional, and Integrative Psychiatry to better understand why your patients are struggling—and create more personalized treatment plans that lead to better outcomes?

Join James Greenblatt, MD, founder of Psychiatry Redefined, and Whitney Trotter, DNP, PMHNP-BC, registered Dietitian, and Psychiatry Redefined Fellowship graduate, for an honest conversation about how PMHNPs are transforming both their clinical practice and their careers.

Whitney will share her own journey through the Fellowship in Functional Psychiatry, how it changed the way she evaluates and treats patients, and why the education has become foundational to her thriving private practice. Through real clinical cases, she’ll demonstrate how expanding beyond symptom management has allowed her to deliver more comprehensive, personalized mental healthcare.

Dr. Greenblatt will provide an overview of Psychiatry Redefined’s General and Pediatric Fellowships, including the unique resources designed specifically for PMHNPs, such as:

  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced PMHNP leaders
  • Clinical case consultation and supervision
  • Functional, Nutritional, and Integrative Psychiatry training grounded in the latest evidence
  • Practice management guidance for clinicians looking to build or grow an independent practice
  • A supportive community of like-minded clinicians committed to practicing differently

Whether you’re feeling burned out, considering private practice, or simply looking for a more fulfilling way to care for your patients, this webinar will show you what’s possible when you have the education, mentorship, and clinical confidence to practice at a higher level.

If you’ve been wondering whether there’s a better way to build the career you imagined when you became a PMHNP, this conversation is for you.
