How many of your patients are still struggling—despite doing everything right?
Even with advanced functional psychiatry approaches, many patients continue to experience persistent mood and cognitive symptoms. What if the issue isn’t neurotransmitters—but the signals controlling them?
This webinar introduces a critical reframe: psychiatry is not just brain chemistry—it is neuroendocrine signaling. Using large-scale data from the WHI follow-up, 2024 Menopause, and JAMA studies, we will explore how hormones influence mood, cognition, and neuroprotection—and why they are often the missing variable in complex cases. The challenge isn’t whether hormones matter. It’s whether we’ve been properly trained to use them.
Learning Objectives
- Explain the role of hormones as upstream regulators of brain chemistry
- Identify how hormone imbalances impact mood, cognition, and behavior
- Review key evidence supporting hormone therapy safety and outcomes
- Recognize when hormones may be contributing to treatment-resistant cases
Whether you are new to Functional Psychiatry or looking to deepen your treatment toolkit, this webinar offers a compelling, root-cause look at how hormones affect mental health and brain function.
