Dr. Greenblatt’s pioneering New Hope Model for Binge Eating Disorder (BED), as detailed in his bestseller, Integrative Medicine for Binge Eating, represents a departure from the traditional methodologies that predominantly manage symptoms alone. Instead, this approach advocates for a comprehensive, integrative approach that addresses the entirety of the individual, incorporating functional medicine and cognitive behavioral health therapies to provide a clinically sound framework for lasting recovery.

The New Hope Model integrates nutritional psychiatry, psychological interventions, medical strategies, and functional medicine into a cohesive framework, delivering a holistic and personalized approach to care.
